Super friendly and helpful staff. The coffee is really good. The room was gorgeous and super clean. Very spacious. Unfortunately for me, the bed was very firm. Some might prefer that. The linens were fresh and clean. Overall, fantastic. Just that the bed is super important. No lumps or springs,, just very firm.

I recently visited this Hampton Inn with my family the front desk lady named Layncon was extremely helpful despite her crowded lobby and always maintained a smile on her face throughout helping us and others getting signed in to our rooms. She went above and beyond in setting up specific arrangements for our rooms and it is greatly appreciated.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The king bed was extremely comfortable. It was definitely relaxing, and a nice place to stay before hopping on Natchez Trace Parkway

Hilton honors memeber who stays exclusively at Hilton properties when travelling. I have come to expect a high level of standards from them and chose them years ago due to their consistency. This room was not fully clean, hairs in the shower. Vast open areas of undeveloped property all around this location, and their parking here is as cramped as I have ever seen. Lighting at night leading up to this hotel is non-existent, and it is hard to find even with GPS assistance. No electric vehicle charging (nearby Columbus location has it). Front desk staff at check-in was very indifferent. Did not get the typical warm welcome. I'd stay here again if push came to shove, but will be giving priority to other Hampton locations in the region first.

We usually like to stop here on our Christmas travels, but this year was an extreme disappointment. Our bedsheets were disgusting and had obviously not been changed after the previous guest. Fortunately I checked the sheets before climbing in... they were covered in dead skin “flakes” and hair. After a LONG day on the road the last thing we wanted to do was make a bed...but the woman at the front desk said housekeeping had left for night and she couldn’t leave her post, but she could bring us some clean sheets...so make the bed we did! Gross - and not what we expect as long-time Hilton Honors members . We won’t stay here again.
