A great experience! Honestly the rooms are nice and updated, the service was great! The pool is out doors which is unfortunate, but still nice (even if the hot tub was cooler than the actual pool). The breakfast was decent, but I do wish they would have done some sort of eggs that didn't have bacon or ham. The location is nice, but about a mile to the nearest store so not exactly walking distance.

They take such good care of their guests! They always try to be sure you have a good stay. Plus they have great views from their rooms!

Really modern. Great location. The bed was comfortable. Had problem with the shower head but wasnt too difficult. Breakfast was decent.

Very disappointed in my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Walla Walla. We arrived to a member of the staff saying, "Oh god, tell me you're not an arrival". After driving for 7 hours and arriving at 2:30am, was not the welcome we were hoping for. There was another mix up with our room getting double booked and the member of the staff made it feel like it was our issue to deal with. For a hotel of this caliber, this is unacceptable. The room and complimentary breakfast were great, but I will never stay with this chain again because the customer service was less than desirable. Goes to show that customer service really makes or breaks your stay.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Biggest sore point: Guests could be heard walking around in room above, but made a little more bearable by drowning out the noise running constant AC fan. Doors to guest rooms aren't the quietest, either. Hot tub was out of service. Outdoor pool only. Breakfast was okay, except for the phony eggs and dry pasteries. Certainly worth consideration for the right price.
