They really need to improve their customer care. We were scheduled for two nights. The day before we were to check in, my wife came down with a really bad cold. I called their customer care and asked them to move our reservation back a week. I explained to the rep how sick she was. I even offered to pay an up charge or a penalty since the reservation was booked at a "nonrefundable" rate. The customer care rep informed me that the only way their system would allow me to change the reservation was to get a doctor's note indicating that she was not able to travel. This is so incredibly stupid given that: 1) try to get a appointment with a doctor the afternoon before the reservation, and 2) they were more concerned about her ability to travel, not how sick or contagious she was. Needless to say, we won't be checking in and given the choice between my wife's health and not taking the risk of infecting guests at breakfast, versus our two night's payment

The comfort of our bed was amazing. I'm saddened at home sleeping in our bed here. The comfort of that alone is five stars. Staff was really nice too. Recommended. Traveled from Santa Rosa, would stay here again. Thanks for the experience in this location👍

Clean. Nice breakfast. Infused water and coffee & hot cocoa 24 hrs in lobby good. Pool and jacuzzi and gym (2 machines) small but gets job done. Near costco, target best buy which is handy.

Nice Hampton Inn near the airport. It is not close to the airport, but none of the other hotels are either. I don't know what Sacramento deal is with having airport hotels that are actually close to the airport, but they sure do not want hotels close to the airport. Anyways, just like any other Hampton Inn this one is a Beauty. I did not get to stay and enjoy the free breakfast because my flight left so God damn early. But I assumed it was pretty mink. The room was very nice, had a great television. For some reason my bed was kind of like the top of a mushroom or a muffin. Both sides of the bed were squashed and the middle was nice and plump. Anyways nothing a few glasses of wine couldn't take care of.

The rooms are nice and clean, though they could definitely use some updating. The location is pretty convenient, with some restaurants and shopping close by. The Sacramento airport is about 20 minutes away, so not the most convenient option, but not terrible either.
