We got in very late to get some rest on a long trip, but there was a very obnoxious young group staying there and we had a hard time getting to sleep. The next morning we spoke to the manger and she made good on the 100% satisfaction guarantee without any question... they knew very well what the problem was. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable, and the complimentary was good.

The Waterville Hampton Inn has just about finished a complete interior renovation, and it is a much fresher, more inviting place as a result. The rooms and bathrooms are more comfortable and feel crisp. The service here has always been a cut above the typical hotel chain, and this continues. The Hampton Inn is the best hotel stay experience in the Waterville area.

we were able to secure a room for the night despite the late hour. the hotel is completing s full renovation and it shows. the rooms were bright and airy, the bathrooms spacious. everything felt clean and inviting. glad the hotels in bangor were all booked. waterville isn't a destination town, and this gem of a place made our long road trip stopover very pleasant.

Definitely the best hotel in the area. Very comfortable rooms, all with small refrigerators.  The lighting in the bathroom is superb!  So tired of dim lighting that many hotels have.  This is exceptionally good.

Friendly staff always willing to help. The property was remodeled during the spring and summer of 2017 giving the rooms a more upscale look.
