I've had a few experiences where I've seen certain techs be rude to customers, however I have no complaints. They always do a great job on me.

My nails look like a child did them. I paid for a no-chip French manicure and I have white all over my fingers. I asked before leaving if she could clean them up and she started PULLING SKIN off my fingers. Won't be back ever again.

This was by far one of the worse pedicures I have ever had. I got a no chip, chrome manicure and pedicure and here are my issues. 1. They are very aggressive and rough with you. 2. The price kept changing and she couldn't show me anywhere written her prices for the chrome powder. 3. The no chip dryer was placed on the side of me during my pedicure so I literally had to turn sideways in the chair, which was extremely uncomfortable and not at all what you expect when getting a relaxing pedicure". 4. Three people worked on my manicure YES THREE PEOPLE! They kept taking turns. 5. This place is not as clean as some of the other nail shops in New Lenox. All in all I paid $110 for terrible service and one of the worse manicure and pedicures I have ever gotten. I will never go back.

I made an appointment for a no chip mani and pedi for me and my daughter. Saw us right on time, very friendly, very reasonably priced and the best no chip I've ever had! Will be back soon! Edited after 2nd visit and removed 2 stars: there is no denying that you will get a decent no chip manicure for $28...however...the girl who did mine this time was very rough (painful filing on skin around nails), no lotion or massage and even though they were not busy she was obviously in a big hurry to get me out of there. Finally...none of the employees speak any English. An older woman came in and made a comment about her tech not wearing an apron like the other girls and wasn't she worried she'd ruin her pretty top. It turned into a thing because they had no clue what she said...another woman had to call someone on the phone to ask what apron was...very awkward for everyone in the room especially the older woman who was just trying to make conversation. They really should make sure there is always someone there who can understand their customers. Seems like it depends on the tech what a no chip manicure includes and don't go expecting to give special instructions or to chat with your nail tech because they know very very little English. I'll probably go back depending on if this one lasts past 2 weeks like my first visit but it wasn't anywhere near as impressed as I was on my first visit.
