NOT WORTH IT!  Last time I traveled they left my bag behind, despite the fact that they had 3+ hours to load it as we waited for the usual fog to clear.  They did not have the courtesy to let me know.  All connections missed--worst travel day of my life.  This time they said, "We are full.  We need to leave all checked bags behind and we will place you in the seat we need you to be in to best balance this very heavy flight."  THEN, on the way home, after waiting hours in Boston they cancelled the flight due to rain storms (NOT hurricane or violent, just rain) so they said, "We can hire someone to drive a van, only 4 hours (it is 5!) or you can make other arrangements.  Other people have booked tomorrow's flights so that is not an option for you."  Thanks!  
Is it worth it for free parking and 25 less minute drive?  NEVER AGAIN!!

Love the convenience, free parking, and customer service. Flying into or out of BHB is always a bit of a gamble, though, due to cancellations, often weather related. On a clear day, passengers will be rewarded with incredible views of Maine's coast and islands. Don't fly to BHB if you are averse to really small planes.
