I've been to several dentists and I LOVE this office.  The staff is extremely professional and friendly, the care that you receive from Dr. Hancock is the best!  Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very easy to get into see.  The ladies at the desk are very helpful explaining things to me too. I used to have a serious fear of the dentist but I don't anymore ever since I started seeing Dr. Josh and his Team!  Thanks for all you do!  I share their name with everyone I know!

New patient process was quick and comprehensive. I need an extensive cleaning and an extraction which will be handled by a surgeon the office is partnered with which is literally 100 feet away. I will update in the coming weeks after the work is done.

2017-09-25:
It has been more than several weeks, and I have in fact moved. I just resolved a billing issue where my former employer's custom policy caused a refusal of payment of benefit due to there being insufficient elapsed time between services. The hygenist I spoke with called the company for clarification and refuted the policy on my behalf. Ultimately the old bill was simply written off (it was less than $70) despite my willingness to pay it. I am upgrading them to five stars.

Since the original post I have had extensive periodontal work performed by them. The headaches and sinus issues have been successfully diagnosed as external resorption on of upper front teeth which could not be saved. We believe the issue to be genetic based on identical patterns. They were sensitive to my issues with depression and anxiety through the entire process, as was the oral surgeon which handled my extractions.

Really very bad experience I had, treatment was not good, Staff was not friendly, they were very rude. The only thing they need is money. I will never go to that place again. If you want to go to any doctor place who treats you friendly and take care of you this is not a place to go. Staff is really rude and doctor supports that.
