My son-in-law has been in serious pain due to his wisdom teeth for months. I called this office, which I must agree with the previous review is awful!!! My son-in-law has insurance coverage which he pays for every week. However when I requested additional info and stated this was an emergency I was told they request the full amount up front. Then when insurance pays they will mail the chk. How in the hell is someone going to pull that kind of money out of thin air? His insurance will cover over half the bill. I can understand requesting what the insurance will not pay but not 100%. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Its obvious they are in it for money and not for genuine care. I wouldn't want my life in this offices hands. Most are aware of the urgency in removing wisdom teeth when its at this level. To turn a patient down is unconscionable.

Poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. Dr. Hancock never introduced himself to me or my daughter, actually never even looked us in the eye. My daughter was due to have a significant oral surgery that day and I am certain he had not looked at any of her records. He walked in and spoke with the nurse, looked at x-rays and said they were not sufficient and to take another set. At that time he informed me that he didn't feel it was a good idea to do the surgery with a local...no one had ever had a discussion with me about the type of anesthesia necessary. With that information, a day off of work and a required reschedule, I got charged $70 for a consultation. What consultation!! I returned today to give updated insurance information and the receptionist was unfriendly and not accommodating or helpful. I did not have a mailing address for the insurance but had a phone number. I asked if they could call and get the address. Her response was, " No...you are responsible for calling and getting that address!" I have been an educator and worked in public service positions my entire adult life and know for a fact that this was a POOR experience. Never again!
