Went recently for the first time as a treat from a friend. I've done spas before so I know what to expect. And let me tell you this hidden gem exceeds expectations. 7 different rooms. Food. Ambience and Himalayan salt rocks on fleek! I highly recommend. I spent almost 5 hours there. Felt completely relaxed. I highly recommend and I'm going back! Check Groupon for deals.

The front desk girl, Malise has a very bad attitude. She was very unprofessional and she didn’t pick up my phone calls. She is very rude. She looks ratchet and very unclean. This is not the place I would want to have them give me a skin facial or message. The front desk personnel should be presentable at least.

Beware of this place ! My first and only visit was during their grand opening since then my card was stored and charged without my consent, after questioning the charges they promised a refund and never delivered. Unless you want to be a victim of fraud do not go to this place. Much better spas throughout Yonkers at the same or better rate that are far more professional. I'll be filing with the BBB.
