My husband purchased me a gift certificate for a facial for Christmas, and I finally had it this past weekend.  100% satisfaction here.  I called on Saturday morning and booked the appointment for later in the afternoon.  I arrive 15 minutes early as asked, completed my paperwork, and was in the room within 10 minutes of arriving.  The experience was all around wonderful.  I never felt pressured to purchase the products after the facial as I have at other spas in the past.  I will definitely be returning.

I had my first massage with the company on January 12th 2018. I decided to purchase a membership in the amount of $59.95.
 Starting the following month. I called and tried to make an appointment for the second week in February and when the days that I requested were unavailable I decided I would call back later assuming Valentine's Day weekend they will be booked.
I then went online to schedule an appointment for the 24th which is today. I walked in on time for my appointment, I was told my appointment was not in the system and to try to schedule next week.... well it's only 4 days left in this month so I did not get the massage that I paid for via membership. I decided to cancel the membership but the membership cancellation policy requires that they bill you for one more month.... so that's another massage for the next month that I will be billed for, for a massage I will not receive.

Love having a professional high quality day spa in McDonough!!  I go regularly for massages and facials!  Lisa is the bomb for facials and Nels and Shasta for massages!!  Awesome price!  Great location and atmosphere!  Highly recommend!

I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with something that I knew he wouldn't do for himself. I went in on 4/5/18 to book an appointment for full body massage. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. I requested that it be a female who would provide the services. The young lady agreed and I proceed to pay.  Paid for everything in full on the same day b/c I wanted him to experience having a spa day without a wait. We arrived 15 mins early like I was told. When we get there and fill out paper work. Out comes a guy who stated he would be my HUSBAND massage therapist 😩. After sharing information about what I booked. Needless to say I had to get a refund. They didn't try to accommodate me at that time. I was told that I can reschedule for a later date (3 days later). I had already paid in full $109.35. Can you say "SPOILED SURPRISE" I left disappointed and so did my husband b/c after he learned what the surprise was. He was excited. Do to the fact that he does construction work. Constantly using all muscle I thought this was a great bday gift.   Bottom line..... It was our first experience with them and it was a bad one. Never again. We will travel out of town next time. Oh did I mention we live less than 5 mins away 😒

Staff was not very friendly. I have had tons of massages and this is the worse one I have ever had.
