Ok, I just had a massage, purchased of course by my girlfriend because she felt I needed something to relax me. First they scheduled me with a male masseuse, AHHHH NO! And so they rescheduled me 2 days later. I came in and I was told I was scheduled with Kelly. Well Kelly is a small person, you know, like, follow the yellow brick road. Well as Freaky as that might sound she gave a hell of a massage. NICE GIRL:)

My 8yo gives a better massage! If the amount of pressure she used was medium as requested, then light must be she just walks in the room and stands in the corner doing nothing, haha. I had a massage scheduled (50 minutes) and added foot massage, hand massage and scalp massage. Total I was in the room - start to finish including consult time, undressing, massage - was 68 minutes. So I paid an extra $45 for what was basically about 10 minutes extra after taking away consult and time to get undressed. What a rip... I just read someone's else's review that said I can't believe I paid that much money to have someone rub lotion on me. That's exactly how I felt when I left there!

Best experience I've had at a Hand and Stone. We called several Hand and Stone locations and this was the only location that accommodated our Bridal Party. The owner/manager went above and beyond to make us comfortable and even set up a private room for us to relax in while waiting for everyone. The message therapists were phenomenal! Would recommend this location hands down!

As a member, I treated my sister for her birthday. She had a facial and I got the massage. Both of us had a very good experience with the individual treatments and therapists. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that I noticed an unpleasant smell. At first I thought that it was the oil that was used for the massage, however, it was the linens. They had a sour smell to them. This is not my home salon. I was considering changing, however, as nice as it was, my concern is that I don't know if this is normal for their linens or if it was an unusual experience. I would hate to use another spa credit only to experience the same thing. It did detract from overall impression.
