Hand and Stone Spa is a first class Spa. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Spa in the Franklin/New Brunswick/Somerset area. The  customer service is excellent from the first phone call to set up the appointment to the end of the massage and payment. The massage was great and exceeded my expectations. All of the staff seem to truly enjoy their jobs and are super welcoming. The front desk staff does a really great job of accommodating the customers and goes into great detail when explaining the membership. Overall a great experience!

I loved this place. Olivia did an outstanding job with my hot stone massage; she was very knowledgeable, personable, and had a great technique. Zee at the front desk was also a gracious host, giving me a warm welcome and patiently answering any questions I had about membership. 

Location was also super clean. The icing on the cake is the infused water and tea they have in reception. 

I've visited two other locations and this one is by far the best - I highly recommend!

Hand & Stone in Franklin Township has been a joy to be a member of. My very first visit for a massage was the best experience that I have had, and I have had more than my share of them. When you walk through the door you are greeted with such courteous and helpful staff. The ambiance is welcoming and smells great. I highly recommend going here.

Franklin Township's Hand & Stone is a fabulous place!  They have friendly staff members at the front desk,  and are always willing to help with any detailed questions one may have.  Furthermore, I have seen excellent results from the facials I've received there.  They don't try to push their services on you.  My skin has a noticeable clear  & brighter skin tone for me.  My goals have positively been fulfilled with Hand & Stone.  Plus, they are clean and their teas in the waiting room are wonderful!!!  They work on your skin longer than dermatologist's office do - so that was an essential bonus & perk for me.  Please visit.  There are many different deals and timings available for your convenience!

My husband and I have been here for massages and loved them.  However, when my daughter needed waxing services and her regular person at another place was unavailable, a co-worker suggested Hand and Stone.  I was unaware they did waxing and was pleasantly surprised they had waxing services.  Because she is a young teenager, I stayed in the room with her, but we were both completely comfortable with the  esthetician.  The only suggestion I would make is to have one room specifically set up for waxing, not a converted room because the set-up made the waxing a little slower than normal.  But she was very thorough, and very professional.  We'll all be returning.
