The Marietta location  was horrible! My first experience there was in May in my third trimester of pregnancy I went for a prenatal massage and a facial before I was due to have my daughter. I wanted my face to be nice and glowing in the pictures that we would be taking after  my daughter's birth-  but instead I was left with my face looking the same as when I went in -they did not do anything for my facial , my face did not feel like it was cleaned at all it felt like she just put different creams on it and that was it! She didn't take care of the extractions and I had specifically spoke with her about that and told her exactly what I was looking for and she assured me that's what I would get an even talked me into adding a $20 upgrade that I don't know if I received or not my face still looked the same and I was very disappointed I called back within two hours of leaving the spa and they said the only thing they could do is give me a facial for half off I told them I didn't even need a new facial I just wanted them to do what was supposed to be done in the first place  I shouldn't have to pay more for them to do the job that they were supposed to have already done. To make things even worse I checked  my bank account yesterday ( which was my birthday to top it off) and I have been charged $120 from this location when I was told that my membership  was canceled and I wouldn't be charged!!! I will never return !!! But with that being said the location at the Prado was amazing !!!  I have already referred several people to that location and that is where I will go and I will be getting my membership with them as soon as possible they definitely went above and be on taking care of me yesterday for my birthday and fixing what the other location ruined !

Andrew is great! He is a great masseuse and coached me on my sleeping habits. I changed up my routine and it's helped immensely with how I feel when I wake up in the morning. There was a small issue with what I was being charged for the membership rate, but when I called to get it sorted out it was fixed within 5 minutes by the assistant manager, Forrest. He's awesome!

Very relaxing and clean spa. The staff is helpful and polite. I recommend this spa to everyone. Ask for Mercedes, and book with Josh! Can't wait for my next visit.

Incredibly disappointed with my first experience here. Despite contacting the spa 2hrs in advance to notify of my arrival time they charged me for a facial I didn't receive. Also, i dont know what form of customer service training there staff members received because i was yelled at and my massage was unacceptable. The spa completely ruined my reservation that was made 2 months in advance!! I reserved a couples massage for my best friend and I. When i arrived they swore up and down that I didn't and charged me additionally. When inside of the room I look up to see my friend is perfectly taken care of while I'm shaking from the cold with no blankets or a headwrap. I'd love to know why my white best friend was treated like royalty and me the black customer was treated like crap. My masseur was very kind but I could tell he was still learning due to the difference i noticed. It truly didn't matter anyhow because the receptionists ruined the experience entirely. I would never recommend this excuse of a spa to anyone and I will never return.  If I could remove the 1 star I would.

Took my wife there for couples massage.  was very pleased.  The staff was very polite and professional and the massages were wonderful.  Hope to go back soon.
