Booked an appt online and received a confirmation. Went in for the appt and they told me that the appt I booked online is not valid because the WEBSITE does not work. Well then why is it still up?  I took a day OFF of work for the appt. To make it worst, they are very aware that the online booking does not work, so the guy at the front laughed and had a big smirk on his face when I said I booked it online. I wanted to punch him in his face. I wont be coming back to this location again... I used to come all the time but the people that work up front are rude and the service has gone downhill. I recommend the Lake Nona Location or the Downtown Location instead.

I had a really good experience. All the staff was very friendly, and the appointment was on time. Jackeline did a very good job. She was friendly, and helped to relieve my pain, and even offered some ideas to help at home between visits. I would recommend her and this place.

My husband was very specific when booking this appointment, receptionist remembered the call, the call was recorded as well.  Deep tissue massage was more like touch therapy.  Session was ended after 1hour.

Therapist seemed inexperienced, unpassionate and had a blah energy.  She just passed the hour by rubbing/petting me so lightly (requested firm pressure) I could barely feel it. Waste of money.
