With a day off, and a last minute decision to have a facial, I resorted to using another site when my usual esthetician wasn't available. I called Brookhaven, and "J" (Jennifer) was available for an afternoon appointment. I was cheerfully welcomed by Desiree and offered water while I completed the intake form. Within minutes, J came out and introduced herself and brought me back to the treatment room, putting me at ease with her professional, but friendly manner. During treatment, I appreciated that she quietly kept me informed on each step, but kept conversation at a minimum to allow me to just relax and enjoy a peppermint scalp massage, and pumpkin spice facial. Her extraction technique was fairly painless, and neck massage felt great. Today, my skin looks clear and smooth. Thanks, Brookhave H&S, for fitting me in and a great experience.

Great atmosphere, wonderful massages and facials, pleasant personnel. Prices a good using their membership program.

Went to Hand and Stone in Brookhaven and came out a different person. The therapists know what they are doing! Every pressure point was relieved and tension dissolved in the 1 hour I was there. I highly recommend it!
