I've been their member since this March. I am happy with their service in a relaxing atmosphere and professional environment they have created. I especially admire the owner's integrity. She cares about her business by taking care of her clients. It's the right way to do it.

The customer service I got was poor and rude when I Emailed. I asked to cancel my membership 3 months ago yet my CC was charged today, and the company never notified me.(They claimed they froze my account for 3 months and reactivated without notifying me. I asked to speak to the owner to settle the issue and instead, I kept getting unpleasant emails talking about company policy,  I do not recommend going there. The massage was great and the place is lovely BUT I do not recommend  SIGNING UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP! and if you do read the fine print. I ended up getting refunded but I had to be very vocal and persistent for that to happen.

Been coming here since they opened. Love the discount with the membership. Almost $15 less than my previous RMT. Shaun is my go-to RMT. Super knowledgeable and I feel great when I leave. The customer service staff are top notch, always replying to my emails and phone calls. Recently, I had to reschedule last minute and was worried I would have to cancel, but they were awesome enough to find another spot for me.

I've received massages by 2 different people who were both friendly and knowledgeable. The space is extremely clean and there is always fruit infused water served

People lie. Massure is ok. They will charge your card without proper authorization
