As a self-proclaimed ice cream aficionado, I can confidently say that this ice cream is the best. Handles has unique creations like no other. Customer service was great and the line moved fast. What truly stood out to me was the owner was hands on, happy and friendly. This my new favorite ice cream shop.

I went twice in order to give an honest review. The flavors are good except birthday cake it had little flavor and too many sprinkles, however the ice cream is runny/soft, the scooping is inconsistent I have attached photos we both got the same one dish but you can see one is smaller than the other. Also employees were sweating.. maybe turn the ac on.

We went for ice cream and it was delicious. The quality of the ice cream is a result of craftsmanship and great ingredients. It has amazingly great flavor! The only downside is that there is no place to sit and enjoy your purchase. Even a bench would be helpful. If you have kids a table would be helpful. I think that we will return whenever we are in the area

An ice cream place with a line? Yup, and it's worth it!! Lots of different flavors and cones, waffle cones, sundaes, whatever you want kinds of options to choose from. If you love ice cream you will not be disappointed. Great quality ice cream and friendly service!

Went 1st time pretty good. Next day inconsistent scoops more like little dollops & I paid $1 more for each & tipped for a medium, supposedly more ice cream than 2 scoops . See last photo..

I’ve tried their 8 scoops sampler for the first time  and all of them are so good, my favorite one so far is the butter pecan, it’s so light and smooth, it’s not overwhelming at all, but yet so satisfying. I’m looking forward to try all of their flavors!

The ice cream was really good. There is window service only, and it happened to be raining, so we got wet waiting in line.Food: 5/5

This place is AMAZING!!! This ice cream is so rich & delicious!!! My family & I have tried many of the flavors a lot of flavors to choose from I may add! & none of them we tried has disappointed us!!! The owners & all of the employees offer outstanding customer service! Don't be discouraged by the line! It's just that so many people love this ice cream! They do a great job taking customer's orders & getting the line moving! They also are so efficient in getting your orders right the first time! Besides, this ice cream is worth the wait!!! We come to Handel's at least 2-3 times a week!!! You may want to give Handel's a try! You won't be disappointed!!!

LOVE THIS ICE CREAM!  My first visit and I Hate the menu placement and organization.  The flavors are all on a long board in no particular order. Topping names mixed in so you don't know which is which. The menu Bowl, cones, Sundays etc is placed at the very top. I felt rushed to figure out what I wanted. So I defaulted to medium ice cream in a bowl. Even with me telling them it was my first visit. Ther was NO help forthcoming without me asking specifically what I wanted to know.  But the ice cream is fabulous!!! I will be back again!

Big fan of this place! I love the sampler. You can easily split it and you get 4 different flavors. For the price it’s a steal! If you like peanut butter cups try the “Buckeye” flavor. So good! I’ve yet to try a flavor I haven’t liked. So glad they’re in Palmdale!Food: 5/5
