Andy and Nick are an absolute pleasure to work with. They're both affable and easygoing and have an impressive depth of knowledge about all matters of home improvement, from woodworking to electrical to plumbing. What's more - they're great with communication (a rarity among contractors). Throughout the project, I received emails with updates, scheduling matters, and questions about larger decisions that needed to be made. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

I love Handy Andy! They recently completed a few small jobs around our 90-year-old home and I am currently working with them to renovate my kitchen.  The owner lives in Tarrytown and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. I love that I can count on someone local who will give me a fair price and perform good work!

I have used Handy Andy services several times over the past two years, for everything from simple electrical updates, and re-building basement stairs to painting the exterior of my home. Handy Andy even created beautiful custom shutters to match my 1920's era tudor style house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are punctual, clean, trustworthy, and have always finished on or below budget. I give them my highest recommendation and consistently refer friends and family to them.

Handy Andy did a complete renovation of my half-bath.  The work was excellent, completed in the promised time, and reasonably priced.  Plus they were pleasant and professional.  Highly recommended.

I have used Handy Andy on several occasions. Andy always gave me a great price and showed up quickly. They were open to my ideas and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Communication is key when you're working with a construction company and I felt that they went the extra mile to explain everything. If you're in the market for a good contractor, definitely give these guys a try!
