I recently had some issues with my commercial rooftop furnace and so called Handy Mania.  I am very happy with the response time and professionalism of this company.   From the time they showed up to the final payment everything was done smoothly and correctly.  There were no issues and the final invoice was correct and no overcharges for nonsense.  Expediant knowlegable and affordable simple as that

I was extremely happy with Jose. He gave me a fair estimate. Had the work completed last week. Will make sure to give his name out to my friends. Again thank you for a great job!

I am very honest and never had any one write such a deragotory review.
This was just an Estimate !!!!

Had the worse experience with Joe. He knew I had to check with Morton Grove Village about permits and then he was going to charge me an extra $ 500  because the village needed his licence. I TOLD HIM I ALREADY PAID FOR THE permit which was $30 and the plot of survey.Giving them one star was being nice. I wasted one month waiting for them to fix it. Joe Mestey is not honest and he had the ordasity to tell me that they usually tell the home owners to say when the owners  are pulling the permit "that the home owners are doing the work"when they are the ones fixing the fence !!!! Joe Mestey was giving a lot of crap for why he charges an extra 500$.  I would never recommend them to anyone they are just a waste of time and money!!!
