I called to speak with a representative about renting parking space which was actually available to my surprise ✔ My next concern was affordability..? To my surprise again,, very affordable with easy accessibility to and from my vehicle✔✔ In essence, costumer service was informative and interested in my needs✔✔✔ I like being proactive in business. However, Handy Storage made it seamlessly easy for me to say... YES✔✔✔✔

It's a horrible place to store you're stuff. It's noting like the pictures, you're things is pretty much in outside garages except for a few extra small indoor units that look more like closet and is super hot in the day time (sunny or not.).Oh, becareful of what you store because rodents may eat your things. Staff are friendly but the business is not customer friendly (The're greedy). Prices are too high to be an outside facility you might as well go across the street to cubesmart where there is A/C, longer access to your stuff and all around customer friendly business base. Handy shuts down at 9pm and cubesmart at 10pm (a whole hour later) also not to mention gate accesss 27/365 days a year. You do the math it's not worth the headace. READ THE REVIEWS!!!! RENTERS BEWARE SCAM!!!!

I am a military member that was activated prior to Hurricane Irma, evacuated and brought back after the storm to continue releif efforts for both Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria. As a result I was not able to make a payment on time. I called to address the issue with the staff and asked for a courtesy to waive the late fee due to the circumstances and the staff member was unable to help me and told me to call back almost a week later to talk to a manager. Before I could call back a 2nd late fee was added to my account. When I called this week to talk to someone and explain the circumstances I was told they would only waive one late fee. Do due the nature of my military status I contacted other accounts I have that were more than willing to assist me due to the hardship created by these circumstances and I would appreciate if they could do the same. I explained that I have been a loyal customer for 5.5 years spending more than $12,000 in that time. They refused to help me any further than removing one late fee and to do that they would require a current copy of my military ID which is not authorized, a new copy of my Drivers License and proof of my activation that I was called to duty during these natural disasters. Only after I jumped through all of these hoops would they request to remove both late fees. I have never had such terrible unhelpful customer service over the years than I have with Handy Storage of Pemberoke Pines. I will be moving my storage items from this faciality as soon as possible. They are not customer friendly and they are certainly not military friendly.

The WORST storage ever. They don't go by what's in the contract that you signed. They tell you verbally how they operate. Be very careful when renting from this company. Make sure you insure your things. It's not safe & even the workers go into your unit unauthorized & take what they want. I like to share my experience to help someone that is not aware of this company. This Handy storage company in Pembroke Pines are big scammers.

Very convenient ... no elevators... just drive up to the door of your unit.friendly staff.
