I am very cautious when bringing someone in to workon my house there are just some things id rather pay to have done however. The appointment process was smooth and they were in touch with me with any updates on arrival time and Anthony was right on time! Anthony was honest and obviously knowledgeable he assessed my electrical issues precisely and he was so very personable and kind even tho he was here way later than i would have expected just making sure everything was good! I appreciate Anthony and handyman housetechs so very much and i WILL continue to do business with them!

I rarely post reviews as I'm usually too busy, but have a firm belief that when someone gives more than what's expected, a pat on the back is in order. I've used Handyman House Techs on and off for years, as have many of my friends and family and we have NEVER had a bad experience. When your needs require the security of knowing a company is Bonded, Licensed, and listed with the Better Business Bureau, Handyman House Techs are exactly what you need! They've never been late to an appointment without making contact with me, their prices are spot on in competition with like-sourced businesses, and the fact that they're down-to-earth and understanding of budget confines, schedules, and personal preferences...you just don't find that with most companies and you can forget getting that level of professionalism and personalization from a fly-by-night individual. When looking at some of these reviews, I can't help but wonder if MY approach as the customer, determines the outcome. If I go into anything negative or with unrealistic expectations, then of course, I'm going to experience disappointment! Who knows, could it be that a part of the negative experience lies on your shoulders??? Let's get it together people, this business - and ones like it - are just real people providing an honest and needed service to those of us who need it and when someone goes and spews half-truths or warped perceptions, it hurts our community members whose only desire is to help us and to make a reasonable living doing so! Handyman House Techs, here's a great big pat on the back for you and your staff! Don't listen to the negatives....you guys rock and just keep doing what you do!

Hired them to do some work on my travel trailer. Were supposed to come Sat. between 11 and 12:00. Was called and said it would be 2:00. Never showed until 6:00. Did one small thing, said they would return Sun. between 8 and 8:30. Arrived at 9:30. Had to stop early afternoon due to rainstorm. I had to miss work Monday for them to finish. 2 guys came Monday. They went to get supplies and returned with a woman who was a friend of one of the guys. He was going to leave the job to have to take her to the bus station (unprofessional). She was dressed very scantily and was NOT part of the crew. The job was not done as I had originally planned out with the guy who came to do the estimate. The office staff were rude on the phone. It cost me a days work and $40 to put my dogs in daycare that Monday. I am now looking for someone to complete the job. This job should have been completed on Sat. as originally planned. Addendum: I went into tbis agreement with ONLY expectations of a positive outcome. I was sadly disappointed and have witnesses who saw exactly how things went down. I am now having to pay someone else to complete a shabby job. So, for those of you who have had positive experiences...you were lucky.

The orginal appointment was at 8am Weds morning. They called me Mon and asked to reschedule for Tues at 8am. I waited until 10:30am Tuesday. When I called they said there was a mix up and that they would be here at the original time on Weds. I run my own business so I lost money waiting on them. I will update this post if they show up on time tomorrow and do the expected work.

DO NOT USE was kinda sketchy on how long it took them to get with me, but I needed to get this done. Got a 6-7 appointment No call No show, he couldn't find the address. I confirmed the address with the ladies over the phone they had it right, This was at 6:55. This isn't my home I found the address off GPS twice. He just didn't want to work.
