Look it's a great mall if you care about that sort of thing.  Tough to have Sears as an anchor. Malls just have it real tough. This one seems to be doing much better than its competitors. There are a few fun spots to eat in the surrounding complex. Always feels like a safe place to walk around and shop. Could use a tap room or some other adult hangout for the guys while the family shops.

Only went into Sears at the mall. Mall itself is beautiful. Sears on the other hand is not. Empty shelves, poor service, no employees. Bought a pair of books and had to bring them back. Two left feet.  Wasn't a hassle but was annoying. Checkout girl had zero personality.

Its got almost everything that you need or want to buy, only problems are that other than shop there's not much to do, but then again shopping is kinda the purpose of a mall. Another problem is that when I say almost everything I mostly mean either hobby items, novelty gadgets and a random assortment of a few things outside of all the apparel stores. More varied shops would be great but food selections at the mall are very diverse and can easily appeal to most people.

I love Hanes Mall. I've gone to this mall my entire life and it is absolutely, hands down amazing. It is a perfect size--two stories and not to large. The stores in it range from basic, trendy stores to unique, smaller businesses. My friends all argue that Friendly Center is the place to be but they are wrong--Hanes Mall is my favorite shopping center in this state.

One of the most popular mall in the Triad area. It is one of the malls that are still thriving due to amount of business available.
The mall is located is the area surrounded by  very large roads that can easily access the mall. 
Parking lot is very large and well lit at night.
Due to its proximity to other major businesses and hospital traffic can get congested.
Being aware of the possible congestion, one should pay extra attention to traffic and pedestrian.
