Story

Located at the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Hangar 54 Grill offers an All-American cuisine featuring many made-from-scratch menu items. We use hand-crafted meats from Rump's Butcher Shoppe in the neighboring city of Altoona for many of our dishes. Signature cocktails, wine, domestic and craft beers are poured daily in our bar. All-day Friday Fish Fry features beer-battered haddock. We serve the general public along with the arriving and departing passengers to and from the Chippewa Valley. Two conference rooms are available for meetings, private parties, and banquets. Free parking is available.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm
Friday and Saturday 11am-11pm, serving food til 9pm only!

We finally stopped in for the 2 half pound burgers and a pound of fries. Wow!  What a pile of food. The burgers were great. They were cooked to order and the meat had awesome flavor. Also, you don't realize how many fries are a pound of fries until they come to the table. Great, crispy fries. All in all, definitely worth the $12. Now we are looking forward to trying the Tuesday Night family style BBQ special.

They have the best French onion soup I've ever eaten. The Prime Rib is to die for. Staff is always very friendly and the place is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend coming here. It's also fun to watch the planes land and take off.

The absolute best place I've ever eaten! I keep going back to try new things and I'm never disappointed. The wait staff is incredible and accommodating. The chef should be on Food Network. He makes the best steak you'll ever have. Every time I get the steak it is juicy, tender and full flavored. 

I don't know anyone who isn't completely wowed by this place. The only people who wouldn't like it are neo-Nazis, ISIS and freedom-hating communists. Which is another plus, because you can be sure that every dining experience here will be 100% Nazi and ISIS-free.

Food and service are amazing every time I walk into the restaurant. Talked to the owners a few times and they always make sure we leave as satisfied customers.

Excellent service and food quality. Great friendly service from Jacob at the bar and our server, Ashley. Our table enjoyed both the fried and baked fish, patty melt, fries, and caesar salads, all excellent.
