Start by having your feet measured. A little more expensive than on-line, but excellent service is worth it.

The only reason I shop here is because the store carries absolutely terrific shoes for people who suffer pronation. The fat old guy (I think his name is Bill) however almost ruins it for me. He is abrasive, unfriendly, uncooperative, homophobic, and overall not a nice guy. Don't mention anything about religion, god, jesus, lgbt rights, or republicans as he will attempt to throw you out of the store if you disagree with him.

This shop offers a fantastic and very needed service. He is, to be sure, in great demand so there is always a bit of a wait, but it is worth it. Rather than hurry through with a customer, the owner gives each and every person VERY personalized attention and I appreciate it. I get very thorough answers to my questions, help in selecting the proper shoe for me and/or my spouse (and kids), and is not afraid to give me directed guidance. My husband won't purchase shoes from anyone else.
