Melissa and her assistant Malinda are an amazing duo, they treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionallism. I am beyond words for what they were able to do for me, they fought hard and won what I thought was a hopeless case. I am forever grateful for what they have done for me, the Hankey Law office is without a doubt 6 stars.

I can count on one hand how many times I called their office for help, after they took the case. The staff started being very rude and inconsiderate after there was no way for me to back out of having them for representation. I would call and get the answering machine. And most of the time no call back. The case administer changed several times and how I found out was through calling and the operator telling me. When the decision on my case was received and sent to me, I was asked to call and let them know. How does that sound. Nonetheless, I called and asked to just speak to anyone. I got the answering machine. Frustrating, I called again and again and again. Just trying to do as I was asked and the case administer finally answered and to me did not listen to anything I had said. I called back and asked to speak to an attorney, the same operator said I'm going to transfer you to your case administer. Before I got the opportunity to say no thank you, she clicked over very rude. I don't understand. But I wouldn't recommend any law office that mistreated their clients and doesn't value their clients time. 
Lastly,  I met the attorney one time for less than 5 minutes before the hearing.  He was okay,  no real complaints there.  The attorneys need better help and more considerate and personal operators.

Great office. They work hard on your behalf. I always recommend them. After 2 strokes, and almost 6 years waiting, Stacy sure went above and beyond. Can't say how grateful I am.
