Doooooood!! This place is the best! They are wizards with finances and taxes! They made me feel like I could actually get a handle on what I was needing to do. And! They were able to help me get my stuff together and find ways to be truthful and honest and still make sure that I was able to get my businesses going well! I struggle with the ideas of telling everyone about this place because I want them to be successful, and keeping them a secret because I want them to do my taxes forever now and if they get really successful they won't have time for me anymore LOL Thanks you guys, you're the best!
Thought for years they were doing an excellent job. While filing for my 2021 Taxes, they went over every form they filed except the underpayment form. Didn’t realize that I had been penalized over eleven hundred for underpayment. You’d think this would be an important fact to discuss! Maybe a gentle push to pay more throughout the year would be a great start to save yourself a thousand bucks for 2022! Thanks but never coming back here again.
I trust the work that Hank does on my taxes. I am satisfied with the servixe he has done in the past few years. They have a system that allows me to quickly book an appointment, ask questions over the phone and get help. They are all very helpful and pleasant in the office
Not in the best of locations and easy to miss if you aren't paying attention or if the roads are busy, but I have to say, the people working there are very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the help and information I received from Brandon Aquino. Very knowledgeable and gave me some valuable tax advise. I would highly recommend going here over the other national big chain tax companies.
Very impressed by their customer service and total tax amount she came out with plus I had a check in hand within hour half, the remaining balance I picked up couple days later from that same office. Going again this year and years to come.
Terrible experience. Rude elder guy at the front. Asked him to shred my paperwork because I don’t feel comfortable with them filing my taxes & they “couldn’t”. Sketchy service with inexperienced staff that couldn’t figure out a single thing on their own. Never again.
i would totally reccomend this place and totally filing again next year... super cool guy Hanks and his workers, they really help you and break every details so you can have better understanding on you forms
This place is the best. Sam is knowledge about taxes and it took almost no time. Check them out and let them help you get the biggest refund.
This is a family business, and feels like it. Would pay more going anywhere else.
