This is such a community centered grocery store! The staff always go above and beyond when needed. Great products, including local options. No plastic bags as part of city regulations, paper bags are still offered, but reusable bags are much more convenient. Clink bottle return in front, main entry. Also, Hannaford Rewards is actually a really good reward program, especially if you shop at Hannaford regularly.

Good selection of products. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The produce section can run low at times, but that is better than letting stock sit on the shelf for too long. I find that the meat prices are high, but I recently moved here from the upper Midwest, so that influences my perspective. Excellent seafood selection, again considering my Midwest roots.

Great selection and they have a huge organic area. Before they started their own organic section the only option in town was the coop, whose prices could be incredibly high unaffordable for many people. Hannaford starting the organic section really helped out with the people that wanted to eat more organically but couldn't afford the prices of other local options. This Hannaford in particular is extremely well stocked and has about anything you could possibly imagine.

My favorite place to grocery shopping. Their produce is fresh. They offer A variety of cuts in their meat department and will always cut just what you want.

Complete grocery selection. As good as any Hannaford I have seen in Maine. Clean, well organized. Good pharmacy. Excellent fish counter. Very satisfied.
