Sorry that I did not check for previous reviews before contracting with Hapco.  Harry is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, downright rude contractor I have ever worked with.  He took our money and never showed up to do the job.  He does not show up when promised or return phone calls.  He has more excuses than imaginable.  I am trying to get our money back and contract someone else.

hapco started the job, told me it would be 3 week maximum until completion. it is now three months later, fence is not finished, and  we have gotten a dozen excuses. also, phone calls are not returned, and he does not show up when he says he will. he was the cheapest estimate, and now i know why.
