My wife always has a good experience when she goes. Clean and friendly. Best to make an appointment during peak times though.

HORRIBLE !!!!! I was at the shop last week and paid for a full set , I had told the guy that what ever he was doing hurt me multiple times and the next day I woke up and my finger was swollen, I have puss coming from under my nail!!!!!!!! I've had to go to urgent care twice which is 40$ each time plus I'm on antibiotics. I had called to say I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! this is bulls**t and nobody should ever have to go through this!!!! I talked to the manager and he said he would call me the next day and he never did. Horrible service !!!

my sister and i went there to get a pedicure.strike one we were not greeted when we came in the door. next the man came and asked what we wanted and i told him. he goes and checks the schedule and proceeds to say they are booked. (oh it took him a two second glance, so i know he was lying)strike two because if that was the case wouldn't your question have been do you have an appintment? strike three he didn't even say sorry or ask if we would like to make an appointment in the future. my first and last time walking throgh that door.

Happiness Nails is under new management that being said, my pedicure was fine, however because they became busy I had Kelly to finish my polish and flower. Kelly would speak to the other manicurists in her own language and start laughing, I wasn't sure if she was laughing at the clients or what I thought that was very rude, unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable . I wasn't there to be laughed at or have my eyebrows shaped. I just wanted to relax and have my toes done . Happiness Nails was my to go place ,not now. And my flower& polish ,it was a total rush job. Going back? Not.
