Worst experience ever. First off, every gel color I chose ... they didnt have. So the one I do pick is coated on as lightly as possible. Spots very visibly not painted. So rough, and even when I made that apparent she still buffs my cuticle's to the point of bleeding. The shape was horrid. Lumpy, uneven, way too long when i asked to go shorter. They were so bad, I mentioned that I was unsatisfied but still paid almost 40$ for a very ugly set of nails.

TUTU was amazing. Gave me the nails I wanted exactly!!!! Love this place and will definitely be going again!

I'm always very pleased and satisfied with the friendly faces, great service and considering the work these guys do the prices are compatible at other places. I'm OTR driver and have experienced far worse.

Bit pricey. Sometimes you have to wait a while. They seem nice but can feel like you are not even there is like they zone out

Definitely not one of those the customer is always right places. The woman who did my nails was quite rude and did not bother with even trying to communicate with me. Not that it really mattered considering she hardly spoke any english and was too busy talking crap with her fellow employees in their own language. All my nails were off center while she argued they were fine...seriously? I am definitely going to check out other places befor, or if ever returning here.
