I went in for a simple fill, it was a horrible experience!  One of the gals was rude, yelled at me for not requesting a fill for both the pink part of the nail and the white tip.I've had fills before (at other locations) and when I request a fill they do both,logical right? She was complaining to the other girls there.  Then she gave me a nail shop vocabulary lesson!!  After the misunderstanding she was really careless finishing my nails. I should of just walked out of there but i just wanted her to finish.  The results were horrible, nails were bumpy and the UV gel dried with little craters!

i feel disgusted even giving a rating, sure they're well priced but they always try to take the easy road, and try to convince you thats it better. they understand you, dont be fooled, but they act like total freaking morons, which they are, and dont give you the service you request.  i hate how all foreign places like this pull this crap. i'm a mix of things so it doesnt bother me to say so. im sticking to well known spas and yes id rather pay 40-50 bucks to receive quality service. fyi, people w/ staph like mrsa getting your're nails done without notifying techs is horrible thing, i hope you burn in hell. people could be taking this to their children.
