They are very good I have been several times. They can always get me in for a 90 minute even if I call at the last minute. They understand English for the most part.

I was moaning in pain and finally told her to not push so hard. She said OK but it didn't stop.  Not sure if she understood English.  Will not be going back. Place seems clean,  but dark

I've been several times and each time has gotten better and better love this place. A must have visit if you have 60-90 minutes for a relaxing time.

This is a nice quiet atmosphere. Make sure you get an appointment. Otherwise you'll have to wait on a busy Fri. An experienced therapist would have made the experience much better. 

My therapist stuck her fingers in my ear which felt weird.  She stroked my cheeks which felt weird. She pulled my shirt up and pulled my pants down which was weird.  I looked around and no one had their shirts off or pants down. 

I didn't feel any painful massage but didn't feel comfortable.

I would request a male therapist next time. I saw the next customer next to me look.comfortable.

I have been going to this place for years and there have only been a small handful  of moments that were questionable and/or not all that big of a deal that I ever felt compelled to write about it, or leave a review, until last night. 

My husband and I spent Sunday working on our house so naturally we were sore and needed a massage. We arrived at 7, which granted is the end of the day and maybe my girl was just tired, who knows.

The massage started out perfectly fine, and about 10 minutes in, she began chatting with other co-workers. It continued and continued, so much so that I even moved the towel off of my face and sat up and looked at them in the eyes, in hopes they would get the hint that I was trying to enjoy my massage and not have to listen to them chatting the entire time. It didn't stop, there were a few breaks of silence, but they basically talked through the ENTIRE massage.

Also, I had to tell my girl twice to not rub so hard. She was using her thumb nails and digging into my skin, which didn't feel good at all, in fact it was a bit torturous at times. Both times I asked her to use less pressure, she would say "ok" and continue to dig into my body. She also used her other finger nails throughout the massage which also didn't feel good. A massage isn't supposed to be done with the use of nails digging into your skin. 

My final complaint has to do with the very end, as my husband and I were walking to our car, the woman who runs the front desk had the nerve to run after me and ask if I forgot to tip the girl who massaged me (apparently she complained that I didn't give her one!)
I turned around and looked at the woman and asked her "are you really chasing me to my car begging for a tip right now?"  And with a confused look she replied "the girl just told me you forgot to tip her!" 
I replied to her explaining that not only did she talk throughout the entire massage, she hurt me with her rough and constant digging after I asked her more than once to please use less pressure." She says to me, "ok ok thank you..." and turns around and walks back. Doesn't even apologize to me, offer me any sort of incentive to return, just walks away. 

Maybe it's because it was late in the day and they were tired, I know it's hard work rubbing somebody for an hour straight, let alone for 8+ hours a day, but come on, nobody should have to feel like a jerk for standing up for themselves. A tip is earned, a tip is a reward for a job well done, the fact that this women did mediocre work, talked throughout my entire massage and dug her thumbs and nails into my skin multiple times and still expected a tip is just plain rude and disrespectful. 

It will be a long time before I ever have the desire to go back there. This is a great example of you get what you pay for. Sure $25 is a deal for an hour long massage, but do yourself a favor, spend a little more and see a professional.
