I love Happy + Hale! The food is super delicious and nutritious! Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options. I got the curry bowl with tofu and it was excellent. I wish there were Happy + Hales in Virginia.Food: 5/5

Today was my first experience at Happy +Hale. I could not have been more satisfied! The staff was helpful and polite as I tried to navigate the menu. I decided on the Coco Curry bowl with chicken. It was fresh and flavorful with a generous portion. I highly recommend trying this location for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone just wanting to try something new. I will definitely be back! The picture is half way through my meal. It was so good I almost forgot to take the picture

Parking lot could be a little difficult to find in the area. The place is nice and clean and it has a good atmosphere. The customer service was great. The food... the food was delicious, I ate the Buffalo cauliflower bowl with brown rice, and it was so good. Very filling and tasty. Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely love everything about this location!  As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by several smiling faces that were eager to help me.  I told them what I like and they even pointed out other things. I enjoy as well, and they were absolutely correct.!  Amazing food, Amazing staff, And most importantly, amazing service!

Love Happy and Hale and all the healthy take out options!  Ellison always helps me figure out something new to try and makes the bowl as beautiful as it is delicious.  Such great options if you are vegetarian!Food: 5/5

I don't think I've ever placed an online order here that's ended up being correct when I pick it up. When I get home I see there's always items missing or wrong. I've ordered breakfast wraps and salad bowls where ingredients are missing that I've paid extra for or items get substituted or the order is just wrong. Today I ordered an Incredibowl and it was missing the mint, avocado, and sweet potato that comes on the bowl - that's 33% of the ingredients missing, yet I'm still paying full price for it. I hate to be so negative because I do think the staff is nice and the food tastes good usually, but I'm getting tired of there always being issues with consistency and quality in my orders. I'm not usually one too say a place is overpriced because I know there's a lot of effort and labor that goes into making food, but this place is definitely not worth it until they fix their quality issues. If I'm paying $12 for a salad bowl that doesn't even have any meat in it, it shouldn't be missing a third of the ingredients that come on it. It's really disappointing - if they could fix these consistency issues then they'd have a higher rating. Unfortunately I've been ordering here for years and this has always been a problem - I'd say definitely do not order online from here.

As a dasher, this is literally one of the worst places you can pick up an order! EVERY TIME I come to this specific location, I end up having to cancel my pickup because the food is never ready and I'm always waiting over 15+ minutes! The restaurant has never been busy when I've visited but for some reason the Doordash orders are never completed anywhere close to the time they should be. This seems to be the only Happy + Hale location that has this issue because I'm literally "in and out" the restaurant at all other locations!!! Literally sitting here waiting for a steak bowl for over 15 minutes and STILL waiting......

Loved the scramble and the wrap but the  smoothie was a lil bland and all I tasted was banana which wasn't bad just wasn't what I expected. I also got some chicken and steak on the side which was seasoned to perfection! Definitely going back to make my way down the menu Food: 4/5

I've been to locations in both Durham and Raleigh. The food is just outstanding! Today I had a Med Bowl. Wow!!Food: 5/5

Awesome place for lunch/ casual meals. Got the Hale Caesar bowl and it was superb. Kales were covered heavily in their sauce and a bit of cheese, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The pickled onions that I added also made the bowl much better. Other ingredients like coconut bacons also helped me go through the bowl without having to feel like I’m only eating salad. Overall, a solid place to get your daily dose of greens.
