Great small campsite! Staff is super friendly and helpful. They are quintessentially Texan in every sense of the word. They recently opened up to nonhorse owning folks with tiny little campsites both with and without electricity. The site is close enough to civilization that you still can access all Bastrop has to offer. Highly recommended.

Cool bungalow with a camp kitchen and outdoor shower. McKinney Roughs is just down the road with some beautiful trails to explore, but they don't have campsites.

Clean, plenty of parking, a dozen horse pens, 2 cabins, exceptional outhouses, outdoor showers, a/c, clean trails to the Colorado River to hike, swim, and ride horses. Camping  with convenience.
