1 Start is too much.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! One word RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE …………. Was going there for almost 2 years, the experience was usually was ok didn’t have any problem until today. I received a call on Friday, asking to switch my appointment for my 2 kids (8 and 10). When I got to the office I was told that one of my kids who is 8 was not able to stay outside in the waiting room by himself or go inside with me and his brother. At the point I asked for another appointment with different dates and time. 30 minutes later I received a phone call from some RUDE lady said that I wasted them 1.5hr of their time and because of that I was not allow to go back to their office. I don’t know how this office still is running or how they dentist keep their staff. Everyone in there are so RUDE!!

Overall, the first visit with my son was great for him. It was for his first check-up. He was made to feel calm, and relaxed. Got his exam and cleaning with no issues. However, he had a regular 6 month check-up scheduled for sometime in Jan/Feb and although I didn't remember it, the office did not send out a reminder, as most medical places do, for that appointment. That left me looking for a new pediatric dental office.

So they call me on 8/25 to reschedule my kids app. I say yes but i had an emergency surgery on 8/27 mind you it was a sunday so my mom call them in on monday to let them know we couldnt make it. They were really rude didnt want to schedule another apoitment and they try to charge us 30 for each kids. They answer was well i dont care if u can not make it i still have to pay my staff! So u need to pay those 30 for missing . Is not about the money is about how rude they are.

Staff sucks. They always want to reschedule your appointment, then want to charge you $30 If you miss the appointment they rescheduled for you!! My kids missed appointment 2 times and they stated we can no longer go to their office. Which is fine because they do the least possible for a dentistry. They're cheap, unprofessional, and try to get money any way they can! DONT DO IT

I just called in today to schedule an appt. for my kids and I couldn't believe how unprofessional the staff was. I was told that if she was going to make the appt. I would have to pay $30 each for my kids due to previous appt. missed I was like what?!?! because I keep my kids appts. and if I can't make it I always call in advance. But regardless I said ok no worries I'll pay cause it's for my kids in case I have missed an appt. Then when she's giving me the appt. she decides to tell me if I don't make it to this appt. because I've missed several and stating dates I was like really?!?!? I just ended the rudeness and told her that I would pay and she still had to bring it to that... When I asked to speak to her supervisor she tells me they are not their and told me to talk to Noelia I believe her name was... So I tell Noelia if that's her name what I felt about how that was handled and told her I didn't care if she was doing her job that I understood but to keep on about me having to pay or being dropped was out of line. My kids like to go there I don't have to go there I choose to go and that's what I told the lady so when I said when will the supervisor be there she said August 10th like it was a bothered. To the supervisor. My kids have been going to your facility for some years and I was even happy to bring my baby when the time came but how this was handled was not cool I've always referred so much family and friends there and now I regret that. :( Now what I feel like having to do is going somewhere welcomed.
