Nice little bubble tea shop near Leicester Square. They have a great choice of drinks. I like to go there. Pricing is a bit reasonable. If you go to China town or Leicester Square you should try this. Although they don't give you any choice of choosing the amount of sugar or ice in your drink. But the amount they put is perfect. On a hot summer day happy lemon can make you happy.
This is the first time visiting Happy Lemon and it was extremely popular! We bought a Japanese Cheesecake as we have always seen them on animes and I saw them in Japan as well but never got the chance to try one. There are apparently 3 different sizes but we only saw 2 of them in the fridge, we went for the middle one which was £9.50. There isn't much taste to the Cheesecake at all, my partner says it takes like Cheese where I think it tastes more like Vanilla, it also doesn't have the bounce that I saw at other places nearby but I really wanted to try this one because of the positive reviews. It is very light and fluffy to eat which is a nice little dessert throughout the day I will be going back to try their other items.
Small bubble tea shop in the heart of Chinatown. One of my favourite places to go. No nonsense service, quick and efficient, unlike some other places that a long time. The drinks are well balanced and never too sweet, with really good tea flavour. I love that the fruit drinks always contain real chunks of fruit that you can eat. However, drinks are on the pricey side, but it’s London and it’s good for an occasional treat. I recommend the grapefruit tea and mango pomelo sago drinks.
Had the brown sugar milk tea. I think it's worth the money for such a big cup. There was no queue and the staff is friendly. They are a bit shy with the pearls though. And one could say the pearls weren't cooked through entirely. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this place for only the boba tea. Since there are so many competing shops in this area which I have not tried yet.
ordered Matcha milk tea but the boba pearls were a bit hard almost like uncooked. Disappointed. Wont be coming back. Prices for medium sized drinks at £4.20 and large drinks at £4.70
Fast service and I have always been a fan of the lemon and jasmine tea drink. Their cheesecake and crepe cake were fantastic! No queue today as well!Food: 5/5
I went here last week and i liked the bubble tea but it was very sugary and sweet, I expected less also the queue was long and the prices were expensive tbh
pretty decent brown sugar boba - definitely not outstanding or the best I've had but it's pretty good! especially considering that this is one of the only bubble tea places that are still open after 9pm in china town - defo would be back here if my first option is closed :
Very short queue in comparison to next door, not sure what the difference is. Had the brown sugar Pearl boba bubble tea. Very nice, no complaints. Not amazing but I’d get it again, rather than queue 10 minutes. But the Japanese soufflé cheesecake was amazing . Highly recommend .
Ordered a warm original bubble tea to go with a cheesecake. It was better than I thought, the tapioca was soft and chewy and the drink was not too sweet which is a rare found in Britain. Friendly customer service and very welcoming. Highly recommend!
