I am always please when Andy or LE do my nails they are so professional, great personalities. I love the admosphere and all the personel.  I AM SINGING HAPPY NAILS ARE HERE AGAIN! OH and Mary and Tom make my feet feel and look great they are super also.

I have come here previously at least 3 times and never had a problem. But today I came in asked if there was a wait and said there was none, then sat there for 25 minutes until someone turned the water on. The girl who doesn't do nails casually walks around just looking at you uncomfortably and tries to sell all these products. I'm trying to enjoy a pedicure, not be bombarded with a sales pitch. She then started my water and spilled what they put in the water all over the floor, laughed, then just pushed it under the chair with her feet. Really? As my pedi started I noticed they use all the same tools for everyone, and the same for mine as the woman she just did, which makes me really uncomfortable sanitary wise. I watched them clean the chairs and it was poorly done. As well as they do not use protective barriers in the water buckets. The woman who did my nails was fine, but the sanitary issues really concerns me. If you go, go with caution to be stared it and risk of infection.

They're amazing. But I'm disappointed that it says they're open Sundays and I show up to locked doors.
