Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable, I went in because one of my nails chipped from a gel manicure I got last week and they took me right in with no wait, and re-painted all of my nails at no cost, and also would not accept a tip! They have great customer service and usually have plenty of staff working to avoid a long wait

UGH! i've been there once and got shellac (the gel) nail polish and it came off in less than a week! hell, i go to the walmart salon and my nail polish lasts longer!

Terrible service, rude staff, interminable waits (45 minutes at least) even with an appointment. It's very close to home, so I've been going on and off for years, hoping for an improvement. No such luck. The owner knows me and still treats me like she'd rather I take my business elsewhere. Someone needs to open a good competitor in the neighborhood and this place would be out of business.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been going here on and off for about a year. Just recently has the service just gotten worse. I use to love coming to this salon because it's nearby where I live but after my last visit yesterday, I will NOT return. I showed a picture of what I wanted and out of all 10 fingernails only one has the desired shape. The polish isn't correctly applied on the nail evenly and she overcharged me in end. Very displeased. Do not waste your time and money. They will play you and try to up sell the gel polish, which is sold at a ridiculous price.
