Got the basic Mani pedi. They made a fingernail bleed from pulling the hang nail. They left my nails too square-like. I caught the worker doing my nails put water in the polish to make it last longer! It seemed very unprofessional. They needed more color options and newer colors. I'm pretty sure they cut them too close so I'll probably get ingrown nails after this. Go somewhere else.

They were very friendly. Offered drinks and fruit. Great job on pedicure.

If i could do zero stars... I WOULD! I just left crying and bleeding. First visit and last. Older man did the "dip" service to help with my nails thinning fron shellac. The man was falling asleep while doing my nails. He smelled of cigarettes and alcohol. I am almost positive this man was drunk performing my nail service. After 1.5 hours my nails looked like crazy thick bumpy claws. When i asked if he was done he said yes, i then started to ask questions, like why are all my nails cemented to my skin. And why so thick? He started to get angry amd started to try and file them on the sides and cut me. The tried to separate my skin from the nails and ripped three of my nails from the bed of the nails. I asked him to stop and that i would just soak them off at home. He yelled at me that i needed to pay him. I asked for the manager, who brought another girl to try and fix them. I asked if it looked right to them, neither would answer, just told me they would fix it. 30 minutes later my nails are drilled down to nubs, and bleeding. I was visibly upset and followed the manager to the front desk wbere he said i owed them $40. I stood there with tears in my eyes and bleeding and handed over my hard earned money. The man who first did my nails walked through the salon the whole time the other lady was fixing them, yelling in another language CLEARLY about me, because he kept pointing at me and yelling. I was so embarrassed i paid and left. I am a hairstylist, i cant imagine treating my guests the way i was treated and demand money in return for a below satisfactory service. Will never return.

Worst nail experience of my life! I went in for a soak off and new set. She instead decided to rip off the old set and then lay a new set. This was the most painful nail experience in my life. Never ever go somewhere where they think it's acceptable to damage your natural nail bed and cause you pain for profit.
