Evaluator was late then attitudinal. Billing woman scanned card twice to find out over a month later was never charged. Called and gave woman all my info, still not charged it appears when I received a notice by mail they want payment. Sent info by mail, two different cards JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER AND FINAL NOTICE I NEVER PAID?!?! THIS PLACE IS RUN BY MONKEYS. I will be contacting the better business bearuea or whoever handles mental healthcare facilities. You can tell they handle low income because nobody knows what they are doing and all are on their own schedules even though I NEVER even made it to a counselor because appoints were 3 months out. A TOTAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, JOKE. 💩

What a waste of resources this place is. I never met such monotone, boring, non expression psychologists in my life. I mean seriously, people come there because they're down and out and depressed and what not and these peoples faces when you look at them make you more depressed and anxious because it's like talking to a robot. Then they will make you wait to see a Psychiatrist that doesn't want to give proper medication after waiting months. America's Healthcare system and these by products of that system are a sham.

Gloria Lewis is the rudest, most entitled case worker I've ever met! She interrupted my scheduling nurse to change the time of my appointment to something more convenient for herself, and when I questioned her she started berating me! I told her to just stop talking while she drove  me home, and she yelled, "You can't tell me what to do! I'm a grown woman!" So I go out when she stopped and took a bus, because it was the only way to get away from her! Whoever hired her needs to better vet their job applicants!

Was considering medication for a family member. I came ready with a short list of questions and Dr. Johns on 3 several occasions during the same appt gave me different answers to the same question and told me things that I found out later were untrue (potentially harmful even). When I pressed him to clarify he was very frustrated with me for asking. I immediately cut ties and found a dr who could answer my questions so my family member could get the attention and care they needed. Go ANYWHERE else.

So they charging me 40 bucks a visit when ir really suppose to be 25 wirh my insurance. I calles fraud department
