When I started using the HCHC about 5 years ago, it was great knowing my doctor and dentist were in the same location. They had great people, and could usually get an appointment within a day (depending on time of day you're calling to schedule)... However, since they moved to there new location, their patient services have gone downhill quickly. If (and I do mean "IF") you're able to set an appointment within a week, 75% of the time, they'll call the night before to cancel your appointment, NOT confirm. It still has great people there, but they seem more focused on bringing in new patients, then caring for the ones who already use their services.

Terrible, I called from mashpee to let them know I would be 10-15 minutes late they assured me that as long as it was no more than 15 it wouldn't be a problem as I had to pay a babysitter to make the appointment I would have stayed home. I get to the office 8 minutes late only half of what they assured me was acceptable to find out they had taken an emergency patient who had no appointment. They let me sit for an hour before dr Nicole Balthazar came out to tell me I was very late and that she took an emergency appointment and that I could wait to see if her next client didn't show at which time I informed her of what their office had told me, now not only did I have to pay for a babysitter but they can't even schedule me a new appointment I have to call on Tuesday I am in a lot of pain and have a hard enough time being able to make these appointments and this is not the first time they have done things like this. No big deal for them though. If I could give a negative 5 star review I would, completely unprofessional & if the people at the desk don't have the common sense to check what they are assuring paying customers to be fine maybe they shouldn't answer the phone at all. 6 thumbs down

I really had a great experience I had me teeth cleaned the hygienist was very good. The next day another apt for a broken tooth.Mizo G. Dentist was so good took her time told me what she was doing. Excellent dentist. I don't normally like dentist but she was amazing.. I'll go again everyone was friendly n helpful. Thank you..

I had dental emergency yesterday. They took me right away. The receptionist was really nice ( I don't remember her name). Then Donna (dental assistant) was so sweet , she explained everything to me , took some x-rays, ask me some questions. Dr Gil was busy at that time. She explained everything to him about my case. He came and did his job quick, didn't explain much what should I do after the dental extraction but he was busy at that time with another patient, plus they gave me a package with the instructions in it.

Very good dental services. Medical not so much, unprofessional and uneducated staff apparently. Looking things up in google is something you all can do. Needed a release letter so i could do the teeth cleaning at 4C's. 4C's staff and myself called and faxed them every week for 4 weeks trying to get the letter signed. They kept saying they never received. BS! I had to reschedule my appointment due to the HCHC lack of professionalism. Even after i went there they gave me not exactly what i needed. Very bad!
