Cashiers super slow n only 1 regster open for lots of customers. Always like that it's how not good.I love the store but 👎 not the cashing out.my rate is a 0

Had a wonderful experience at Harbor Freight tool store in McAllen TEXAS  I had an unpleasant experience a while back where I bought a 4'' grinder and was defective took it home and lefted for 3 days. When I opened the grinder I saw it was defective took it back and they said that there was no guarantee cause I did not buy the extra Guarantee so it was my loss.. pleadge never to return, but Yesterday  was an exception my son wated to go so I went with him and it was ok.  But I don't forget easy.....

Went in today (Fri July 21, 2017) to the McAllen store and was very impressed with cashier Belinda. She was extremely professional, easily handling a return, our checkout order and a phone call all at the same time with a very friendly and positive attitude. She was comfortable and in control, promoted the store and invited us to the upcoming sidewalk sale. Made me want to come back.
