This is the best place in Lake Havasu to stop for tools. It's conveniently located and has good prices. If you follow the ads, you can always get something for free when you shop here. Employees are very helpful, and the bathrooms are clean.

Lousy that you have to pay for a membership to get a decent price.  Go to Walmart or Kmart better price and quality

Will never go back! Bought a shallow well pump from them with the extended replacement plan, it went out so need to have replaced. Called before making the 70 mile trip to make sure they had the pump, lady on phone was very rude and didnt care to help. Called bullhead, they didnt have, so called vegas. They were extremly helpful, told us our pump was discontinued and gave us a new item number for a different pump that our plan covered and told us that havasu had in stock. Drove 70 miles and the manager said you cant bring into store, that he didnt know what we used it for. WATER YOU IDIOT, and that we cant replace it we have to call the 1800 number. Called the number and the can only give my money back,  I know have to wait until my money comes in to get a new pump. How am I supposed to get water to my house. Thanks alot, will never go to them again.
