Harbor Freight has a lot of cheap tools but their customer service is crap... There is only one employee (Rick) I like at this location and he is AWESOME!!! But the rest suck at life. I tried to swap a brand new defective screwdriver and they refused. Carlos is inconsiderate prick with a huge ego he needs to be fired based on his customer service skills! I'm to the point where I don't even want to go to this Harbor Freight anymore so good luck to anyone who does.

Prices are great, service is decent, but often there are things I wanted which were out of stock, which wastes a trip.

Anyone going to Harbor Freight for tools that are going to last a lifetime probably shouldn't have tools... but with that said, HF has all those tools that you need to use a couple times for a very low price. Why would I pay a ton of money for a car vacuum gauge when i only used it once? I bought it from them for cheap and it will last long enough for me.

Harbor freight sells super low quality tools. Bought a torque wrench here, only lasted 2 months. Bought a windshield defroster, fuse melted through its own casing in a week. The only thing I bought here that works was an axe. I guess even they can't mess that up.
