Been going to this place for 20 yrs but now have gone through 6 Doctors/NP as they have moved or retired . I don't get sick often and when trying to see my Primary care , I can never get an appointment. See my doctor only 1 a year for my physical. How can you have a good working relationship when they don't know you but only what is written in a chart. I am getting shuttled off to Urgent Care all the time where they don't know me either . Why have a Primary MD if they don't know you or the practice sends you to urgent care instead. I can see why people use the emergency room as their primary care.

While I really like my doctor, and the receptionists seem kind and helpful, the rest of the staff is neither kind nor helpful. If you are only looking for a yearly physical, it's fine, but heaven help you if you have a problem and need to see someone right away (such as a painful UTI). I am missing my old doctor's office and wishing they hadn't moved so far away. This place is okay so long as you don't get sick.

They are WONDERFUL! I moved south from Boston, I was going to Beth I, or Brigham etc.. where they have the best of the best in medical care. Celeste Crowley is amazing! As well as the Urgent Care Clinic that handles weekends and overflow. I always feel cared for and listened to no matter who I'm seen by. They are extremely thorough, I mean they cross-every-T and dot-every-I. They don't just rush you to move onto the next patient. I feel fortunate today where so many Drs are "money makers", Harbors NPs and PCPs feel like the real deal to me. The old school doctors that cared. I wish they had Gyn as part of their practice. It is really needed on the South Shore. One con is the actual office space. It's run down and really doesn't reflect the care given. I'm hoping now that the have merged with Brigham (another huge plus) they can get funds to update their space.

I have been to many doctors, hospitals and surgeries. I have received extremely grat care, advice and high quality customer care. Thank you, PaulMcLaughlin
