Overpriced Low Quality DO NOT MOVE HERE! Thank me later but these apartments are nothing but an overpriced ghetto. They claim to have things updated but all the “upgrades” are so super cheap. Which does not justify charging the alarming prices that they charge. The leasing office personnel is not professional what so ever. They tell you one thing but do another. Something is always wrong within the apartment itself! The AC randomly stops working, the halls always smell like weed and moth balls, Water pipes burst every other week, overrun garbage disposal area with trash and furniture everywhere, dog poop every other step you take, outdated amenities, old gross looking pools, basic run down “playground”, “fitness center”-HA!, need I say more. It is totally not worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere. You can get better quality and better service elsewhere I kid you not.

I'm moving out after 3 years I have nothing to complain I only have good things to say especially for the staff, they tritt me and my family so good that I'm gonna miss this for sure I'm moving just because they don't have 3 bedrooms I like to thank Ms.Tammie in especially for being so nice to me and my family! Thank you very much! My son is gonna stay with you guys fortunately because I'm gonna be visiting him and visiting my friends! See you soon!

Overpriced, run-down apartment complex The buildings are older and it shows. They are very drafty, heating adds $60-70 per month to my bill in the winter even when set to 60 degrees. The windows are single pane so they sweat in the winter and mold grows in the window sills from the condensation. They really need to be updated with new double pane windows. To "renovate" the tub in the bathroom they coated it with white paint which peels off over time making the tub look worse. The water pressure is very low here. Often times our shower is nothing more than a trickle and sometimes your washing machine and dishwasher will not work because the pressure is too low. The water submetering company here does not offer online or e-billing. So when the post office loses your mail or the water company fails to mail out the bills, it's easy to miss a payment and be penalized for it. Others have mentioned the roaches. Palmetto bugs (tree roaches) are prevalent here, but lately I've been seeing more German cockroaches (the filthy kind of roach). One was crawling over my produce in my pantry which caused me to throw out $30 of groceries. A dead tree fell on my car in the parking lot causing $1,600 of damage. Thankfully I was insured, but I would suggest notifying management and following up if you see dead trees to make sure they send a tree service out. In summary, the buildings are in need of more thorough renovations. Rent has increased to a point where it is not worth it for these old, run-down buildings.

Put me in a mildew infested place. First 5 days I got sick and had to go to the ER. Refused to do anything until I threaten to call the health department. They called the police on me because I told people not to move in. It took that for them to move me into another place 2-3 weeks later. They did put me in a hotel. Why go through all of this? If they hadn't tried to mask the mildew by keeping the air running when I viewed the place it wouldn't be as issue. I would've kept it moving. Deceptive!
