Receptionist was rude and would not answer any of my questions. Just told me to go to the ER.

A licensed clinical social worker shouldn't be the decision maker of if a patient is entitled to have an appointment or not. Horrible attitude by the woman at the front desk and this just starts the downward spiral with the poorly managed staff at this joke of hospital.
