Points for convenience, but thats about it. Stairwell consistently smells like urine. Impressive amount of bird poop in the basement so watch out for those pigeons. Stuff was stolen out of my car once, too.

Most of the all day parking in Bremerton is full, due to commuters to Seattle. This one had availability, is in a good location, and an easy walk to the ferry. They could benefit in providing wider spaces.

I waited over 2 months for a monthly parking pass. The company did not even acknowledge that they received my application. When I finally got accepted they gave me 4 hours to respond on whether or not I wanted the spot. Don't these people know that the shipyard near their lot does not allow most personal cell phones into the yard? When I replied back they told me they had already given away my spot. The management at this place is garbage. Their office in the parking building is never staffed, either. I will be utilizing diamond parking from now on and you guys should, too. They have tons of lots nearby and their fees are less expensive. They also responded immediately for a request for monthly parking. Also, if you buy parking before midnight that isn't 24 hour parking the ticket will expire at 11:59 of that day. What a ripoff.
