THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! We rented and pontoon today and after a long day of full throttle we got down to a quarter tank and were trying to find a place to fill up, when we got down to E we found Harbortowne and even though they were closed they drove out after calling to sell us gas! Amazing customer service!

First of all they don't accept any payment except for cash. We pulled up to get gas and was informed of this but told they had an ATM inside. We went inside and their ATM wouldn't read either or our debit cards so we went back to the boat to leave but without telling us they had already filled our boat up. We informed them their machine wouldn't read our card and it was messed up for them to put us in that situation and they went straight to cussing us calling us stupid and threating to call the cops and tell them we were refusing to pay! It turned into a fiasco that was only settled when the owner heard the commotion and stepped in and settled the problem for us. I wish they had called the police because we would pressed charges because there is no way they didn't break any laws by putting us in that situation and treating us like that. Stay away! Beware of doing business with these people, and get your gas or dock your boat at any other marina, there are plenty others close enough.
