Worst customer service ever! The manager Kim is very rude. I felt as soon as I walked in the door I was discriminated. I called ahead of time to see what was available and the cost, I was given a price quote over the phone. So when I arrived I was told they had no inside units for $90 by Kim and I told her I spoke with a male gentlemen over the phone and gave me that information . He then came out and said yess we do and proceeded to pull up the information.  Then Kim says oh they are booked we are out of those they fill up fast. Me being a little upset I said just show me what you have. I did get a unit for $120 . I RESERVED a uhaul truck, another issue.  When I RESERVED it I told him I wanted to pick it up at 4:30pm. He put it in for 12:45pm  told me it didn't matter I could pick it up anytime after that. So I went to pick up the truck about 4:15pm and was told I lost my reservation since I was not there at 12:45pm. Needless to say I  cancel my storage unit there was told rudely "Your not getting a refund" I only had it 4 days. At this point for me they can have that $60 Because to me they were not going to get my business there , it's more businesses in the area that didn't make  feel if I wasn't welcome. So I would not recommend this establishment at all unfriendly, rude and price of units  all depends on who you are.

Very secure location. Good lighting in the storage areas. Very friendly staff. Lots of security cameras and the items feel very safe there.

Good service.  Rented a U-Haul truck from here.  My car was slightly damaged in their parking lot while I had the rental however.

The most unprofessional business in Hampton roads. Rude and doesn't know how to comply with customers. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

(I can see the Sat/Sun open door sales an obstacle to entry/exit, but these have been stopped.)

Over my lifetime I have used a number of different storage companies.  
Currently, I have two units at this property and have had nothing but very good customer service and storage experience.  I would give them five stars!
